The property's central location made it easy to explore the charming town, with the World of Beatrix Potter and Lake Windermere just a short drive away. the cozy holiday home was well-equipped with modern amenities, including free WiFi throughout. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful garden at Oaklands, where I could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. the comfortable accommodations, complete with heating and ironing facilities, made me feel right at home. the attention to detail in the shower room, with heated towel rails, was a nice touch. Overall, Oaklands provided a perfect balance of convenience and comfort. I highly recommend this 3-star holiday home for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Ambleside and the surrounding Lake District.
